The Perfect Fit— Shoes Tell Stories

June 6, 2009 – January 3, 2010

Brockton, Massachusetts, once known as the shoe capital of the world, will revive its legacy with The Perfect Fit – Shoes Tell Stories. Curated by Wendy Tarlow Kaplan, who has strong family ties to Brockton’s shoe industry, this exhibition will explore how shoes can tell stories, addressing topics such as gender, history, sexuality, race, class, and culture.

풀러 공예 박물관 이야기, 그 신발의 문화적 의미를 탐구하는 새로운 전시, 모든 크기와 공예 매체의 상상력이 개체를 제시에게 완벽하게 어울리는 - 신발 선물. 풀러 공예 개체와 통찰력 그 현대 공예품을 통해 아이디어를 탐구하는 시청자와 예술가가 영감을 다하고있습니다.이 공연, 신발, 신발로 자신의 역할 이상을 표현 그들은 성별, 성욕, 인종, 계급의 문제를 얘기하고 여러 의미를 포함하고있습니다.

Groups of 15+ may receive a group rate if scheduled two weeks in advance. Groups with children under age 18 must adhere to our chaperone policies.

Youth Groups / Schools: $5 admission for chaperones $1 admission for children
